Statement of Philosophy
We offer students individual attention in small classes taught by caring, highly motivated,
professional faculty. Within a safe, nurturing environment we develop a child's self-confidence
through mastery of essential skills in an academically rigorous, developmentally appropriate,
hands-on curriculum. We foster responsibility and social awareness by honoring diversity and
promoting commitment to school and community service. We value education as a life-long process
which involves both success and failure; we seek to instill in our students the strength of
character, the creativity, and the wisdom to make a difference in the world.
